The energy of the #1 is the energy of beginnings and creating. As a a spiritual entrepreneur I love to tap into the wisdom of Numerology to check in on the flavour of the energy of the day. It adds so much insight into how I plan my day and my week because some energies are better for creativity, some are better for bookkeeping and systematizing, and some are better for client work.

Numerology has many layers and rabbit holes. The simplicity of the Universal Day Energy makes it super easy for anyone to tap into it.

Here’s what you do: Add up the digits of the date and reduce the sum to a single digit between 1 and 9.

For example: Aug 25, 2020 would be added up like this: 8+2+5+2+2 = 19 => 1+9 = 10 so we reduce it to 1.

This means the day is influenced by the energy of 1 and invites us to consider ourselves from a fresh perspective.

#1 is also the energy of back to basics, as in who are you?
What do you know for sure about yourself?
What do you love about yourself?
What gifts do you have that you’d like to share with the world?
What dreams and desires do you have?
What do you want most for yourself and for the world?

When I tune into this energy I connect with my biggest desire: helping you remember your Divine Self, to fully see yourself and love yourself.
Because when you do, you trust yourself, you confidently allow others to see you and you powerfully share your message and serve from the heart.

When you do this, you receive your Sacred Fame and your influence ripples out into the world.

Reconnecting to this part of you on a 1 energy day is the true potential of 1 energy.
